Central Home Heating Protection Plan

The Central Home Heating coverage included in some our plans will provide you with added peace of mind knowing that your Central Home Heating System is protected.

American Residential Warranty offers affordable home protection plans that reduce the risk and costs associated with unexpected home system, appliance or electronic repairs or replacements. We are leaders in the home protection industry, who provide coverage to customers nationwide. We have partnerships with some of the largest service providers, such as AIG WarrantyGuard, Inc. and AmTrust Financial Services.

What Is A Home Protection Plan?
A home protection plan typically covers mechanical failures or breakdowns due to normal wear and tear of your home appliances or major systems (heat/air conditioning, plumbing, electric, kitchen appliances, etc.) depending upon the plan and options selected. When a customer purchases a home plan, they are entitled to certain coverage as part of the policy. If a covered appliance or home system breaks down, such as your central heating system, you simply contact the claims department and they will arrange for a licensed, pre-screened and pre-qualified technician to come to your home and assess the situation. If the issue is due to normal wear and tear or mechanical failure and is it is a covered item, then the appliance or system will be repaired or replaced within the terms, conditions and coverage limits of the plan.

Under the home plans at American Residential Warranty, homeowners experience the convenience of having customizable coverage for their new and existing home appliances, systems and electronics. Through our whole home base plans, homeowners have the ability to add optional coverage features. If one of your covered appliances or systems breaks down, you can either submit a request online or call us. For all covered repairs, a small service fee of $55 will be due per breakdown, unless otherwise noted in the terms & conditions.

Why Select A Central Home Heating Protection Plan?
Most central heating and cooling dealers will cover both parts and labor ONLY for the first year following a central home heating unit installation. The US Census Bureau estimates between 2.5 to 3.0 million residential furnaces and air conditioners fail each year. Many of these systems have been in operation for more than a year and others break down within days or months following installation. A home plan that includes central home heating protection will allow you to have long-term coverage for unexpected repairs or replacement. With the coverage of a home protection plan from American Residential Warranty that includes central heating, you will feel at ease knowing that you have protected your home comfort investment.
