It’s simple! Go ahead and log into your customer portal and select the Refer-A-Friend option to send your friend an email telling them about all the great home service plans ARW offers. If they sign up and stick with us you will get a credit for up to $50! Refer one friend or all your friends! For each one that signs up and sticks with ARW you will get a credit of up to $50 in future bill credits!

FAQ FOR CUSTOMERS WHO WANT TO MAKE REFERRALS

  1. Go to: into your customer portal
  2. Enter your account number, the zip code of your covered property and the main phone number associated with your account.
  3. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Use the Refer-A-Friend link in your account to send the referral email to your friends.

After you purchase your plan just follow the steps above to set up your account in our Customer Portal and start referring your friends and family!
You can refer friends or family who are: not currently with us and have not had coverage with us within the past 12 months.
Login to your account in our Customer Portal and use the Refer-A-Friend link to send the referral email to all your friends.
There is no limit to the number of referral offers you can send to your friends. However, you're limited to receiving a maximum of $600 in bill credits per calendar year.
Sure does! The referral credit limit of $600 per calendar year is per property and per plan, so if you purchase a second plan for a different property then your limit will become $1200. Just make sure that both of your plans are registered in your customer portal.

Just have your friend call us at 855-511-4925 to purchase their plan. During enrollment they will need to provide the code that they received in the email you sent through the Customer Portal. Once they have made their first payment, you will see the credit pending in your online account as per the program rules.
To qualify for a referral credit, your friend must provide the unique code they received in the Refer-a-Friend email.
You must be a current ARW customer and your account must be up to date on payments. To qualify for rewards, your friend must keep their account active and in good standing for 90 days after signing up. If service is terminated within 90 days of activating, neither of you will receive the credit.
You and your friend will receive the lesser of either $50 or the amount equal to one month’s payment.
The referral credits will be applied in the next billing cycle after 90 days of your referral remaining active.
Simply login to your customer portal and you will see the credit applied and any pending credits.

  1. Call us today at 855-511-4925 to set up your plan
  2. Provide your Warranty Specialist with the emailed code that you received from your friend.
  3. After being active for 90 days the credit will be automatically applied to the next billing period.

Once you receive your referral, you'll have 30 days to redeem your offer by purchasing a plan.
In order to qualify for rewards, you must keep your account active for 90 days after activating with ARW. If service is terminated within 90 days of activating, the bill credit will not be applied or the value of the bill credit will be charged back to both your account and the account of the person who you referred.
