If they sign up and stick with us you will get a credit for up to $50! Refer one friend or all your friends! For each one that signs up and sticks with ARW you will get a credit of up to $50 in future bill credits!

After you purchase your plan just follow the steps above to set up your account in our Customer Portal and start referring your friends and family!
Sure does! The referral credit limit of $600 per calendar year is per property and per plan, so if you purchase a second plan for a different property then your limit will become $1200. Just make sure that both of your plans are registered in your customer portal.
Just have your friend call us at 855-511-4925 to purchase their plan. During enrollment they will need to provide the code that they received in the email you sent through the Customer Portal. Once they have made their first payment, you will see the credit pending in your online account as per the program rules.
You must be a current ARW customer and your account must be up to date on payments. To qualify for rewards, your friend must keep their account active and in good standing for 90 days after signing up. If service is terminated within 90 days of activating, neither of you will receive the credit.

If service is terminated within 90 days of activating, the bill credit will not be applied or the value of the bill credit will be charged back to both your account and the account of the person who you referred.
The person being referred must click the link by the ARW customer referring them or call and let us know that customer will be signing up prior to them purchasing a plan
To make a referral as part of the Program, you must be a current ARW customer.
You and your referrals have to accept the Program Terms to participate in the Program.
Both you and your referrals must have active accounts to receive credits.
All referrals have to be made using the referral system at ARW or through customer service at ARW prior to referral becoming a customer

The referral credit is not available for referring existing customers.
Referrals cannot accept more than one referral offer as part of this Program. If they receive multiple offers, a credit will be applied to the account of the current ARW customer whose referral they accepted through the Program.

ARW assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected referrals or communications or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, emails sent to spam boxes or rejected for any reason, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or referral to be received by ARW on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to a your (or any other person's) computer related to or resulting from this program. ARW reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this program should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of ARW, corrupt the security or proper administration of the program or for any other reason. Referrals are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, unintelligible, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Referrals submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that a referral has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these terms, you and all of your referrals will be disqualified from this program and any referral credits that have been awarded will be deducted. You agree to abide by the terms of this program and the decisions of the ARW team, which are final. This program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
ARW may end the Program or change any of the terms at any time, without notice and without obligation to award any referral credits.
Referral rewards are bill credits only and carry no cash value if cancelling your ARW account.
