Don’t get caught in the heat of summer without this coverage. Replacing refrigerants, like Freon, or leaking coils can be costly. Adding this coverage to your existing heating/cooling coverage will go above & beyond simple mechanical breakdowns.
Plumbing Advantage
Nobody likes leaky faucets or a toilet that runs. While basic plumbing coverage already includes the vents and under-sink traps, it doesn’t cover the faucets, internal parts, or wax seals on the toilets. This additional coverage will give you peace of mind that all your basic faucets & fixtures are covered.
Deluxe Advantage (available on Platinum Premier plan only)
Option includes all coverage available under the A/C and Plumbing Advantage options and extends coverage on multiple appliances and systems to include: A/C and Heating refrigerant recapture and condenser. Dishwasher racks, baskets and rollers. Range/Oven/Cooktop clocks, rotisseries, racks, handles knobs, dials and interior lining. Built-in Microwave Oven clocks, shelves, door glass and interior lining. Garage Door springs and tracks. Water Heater sediment build up. Improper installation or repairs and mismatched systems. Code violations, permits, modifications and removal of defective equipment.
Food Spoilage
Knowing your refrigerator repair is covered under your plan can be a blessing. Spending all that money to replace the food that went bad, not so great! The extra protection for food spoilage is well worth a few extra dollars a month.
Well Pump
Replacing the well pump itself may not be too costly, but the cost of digging up the well to get to it can be. Don’t forget this option or you might have to dig yourself out of a financial hole you weren’t expecting.
External Water or Sewer Lines
Internal plumbing is easy to get to, but the external water & sewer lines are much harder to reach. Often times, they run underneath your lawn or driveway. This coverage will help with repairs, unblocking the lines, excavation costs, re-seeding the grass, or re-paving the driveway.

Freezing cold showers in the middle of winter are definitely not something to look forward to. If you have chosen the basic Heating & Cooling plan, make sure to add this to it!
Additional Refrigerator or Freezer
Having a 2nd refrigerator or freezer comes in handy for celebrations & get-togethers. Make sure both of yours are covered!
Additional Range/Oven/Cooktop
There’s nothing like having family or friends over for dinner, only to find out that your stove or oven won’t turn on. Even small repairs can cost the same as a new stove.
Clothes Washer & Dryer
Paying to repair or replace your washer/dryer can not only hurt your pocketbook, it can also send you on multiple trips to the laundry mat while you’re saving up for repairs. Don’t wait until it’s too late!
Additional Air Conditioner
If you have two air conditioning units in your home, there is no need to try and decide which one to cover under your plan. You can simply add on a 2nd unit and know that you’re covered no matter which unit breaks down. Don’t forget to add the A/C Advantage to your 2nd unit so it also has coverage for refrigerant & coils.
Ice-maker (included with Platinum Premier)
Who uses ice trays anymore? Don’t get stuck buying a new fridge just because the ice-maker doesn’t work anymore! This add-on is a great compliment to the Kitchen Plus and Platinum plans.

Replacing sections of plumbing can be labor intensive and very costly. Having this coverage with your appliance warranty will give you peace of mind that you won’t bust your budget when you have a leaky sink.
