As an added benefit for our customers, we offer Deluxe Advantage coverage for Permits/Modifications/Code Violations in addition to our Home Protection Plans. Since repairing or replacing appliances and systems can be an already costly process, you can have peace of mind knowing that should additional expenses arise during the repair process to correct code violations, obtain permits, make modifications and remove or dispose of defective equipment, you can have peace of mind knowing those costs are also covered.

Maximize Your Coverage By Adding Deluxe Advantage To Our Platinum Premier Plan

Under our plans, homeowners experience the convenience of having customizable coverage for their new and existing home appliances, systems and electronics. There are no individual plans that ONLY cover one system (i.e.: heating, cooling or electrical). Instead, we offer different base plans that can be customized by adding additional coverage to fit your unique needs.

American Residential Warranty’s Platinum Premier plan qualifies for the Deluxe Advantage option, which extends the base coverage by including costs for Permits/Modifications/Code Violation Corrections, as well as many other items. We also offer other “Advantage” options if you only need additional coverage on your central heating and cooling or plumbing systems.

  • Platinum Premier Plan: Major kitchen appliances, garbage disposal, water heater, interior plumbing and electrical systems, central heating and cooling, ductwork, ceiling fans and garage door opener – ONLY $49.99/month (plus applicable state taxes)

Advantage Plan Options

  • Deluxe Advantage: This option can be added to our Platinum Premier plan ONLY. Purchasing this option expands the coverage on some of the listed appliances so that items normally listed as “NOT COVERED”, will now be covered.
    Deluxe Advantage includes the following:
    * Reimbursement for code violation corrections, permits, modifications and removal of defective equipment during the repair or replacement of a covered appliance or system:
    CODE VIOLATIONS: Will pay up to the item’s limit to correct a code violation made necessary by the repair or replacement a system or appliance under this Agreement.
    MODIFICATIONS: Duct, electrical or plumbing modifications required for a covered repair
    REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Will replace a covered system or appliance due to a covered breakdown. We will pay for the removal or disposal of the old system or appliance.
    * Combines the A/C & Plumbing Advantages (A/C refrigerant/coils & faucets, fixtures, toilets including internal toilet mechanisms & wax seals)
    * A/C and Heating refrigerant recapture and condenser
    * Dishwasher racks, baskets and rollers.
    * Range/Oven/Cook top clocks, rotisseries, racks, handles, knobs, dials and interior lining.
    Built-in Microwave Oven clocks, shelves, door glass and interior lining.
    * Garage Door springs and tracks.
    * Water Heater failures due to sediment build up.
    * Appliance or system failures caused by improper installation, repairs or mismatched systems.
  • A/C Advantage: Replacing refrigerants, like Freon, or leaking coils can be costly. Adding this coverage to your existing heating/cooling coverage will go above & beyond simple mechanical breakdowns.
  • Plumbing Advantage:While our Platinum Premier plan already includes basic plumbing & stoppage coverage such as the vents and under-sink traps, it doesn’t cover the toilets, faucets, fixtures or the internal mechanisms/wax seals on the toilets. This additional coverage will give you peace of mind that all your basic faucets, fixtures and toilets are covered.

Coverage Above & Beyond

Calling a reputable service company that provides the best home protection plans and provides a network of licensed and pre-screened professionals instead of finding a repairman yourself is easier, saves time and eliminates the risk of hiring an inexperienced repairman to work on your home. All of American Residential Warranty’s network contractors are licensed, pre-screened and pre-qualified professionals who are locally established in your area. You may choose your own contractors. Just inform the claims representative that you would like to use your own contractor and make sure that your contractor calls in for authorization prior to completing any repairs.

At American Residential Warranty, we will save you time and money by offering exceptional home protection plans that cover many appliances and systems. We give our customers flexibility and allow them to review their plan for 30 days and receive a full refund if they are not satisfied. There are no long-term contracts involved so you will not be locked into a 1 or 2-year plan. You can set up your plan for month-to-month payments, as well as quarterly or annual billing.
